welcome to magic-land - Part II

Continuing the journey inside (possibly) the most magical place - Harry Potter's magical world

Diagon Alley
Weasleys Wizard Wheezes

Gringotts Bank

Remember the Knight Bus (the bus with beds!) in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban?

Green Screen Action
The magic (technology) behind all the cool broom actions

Inside Hogwarts
Possibly my favourite magical object...the one and only... Marauder's Map!

Potions classroom - sure looks a lot brighter, guess Snape wasn't in the room, eh?

Ah, and Hagrid's crazy book that bites

The moving staircases, lesson learnt - staircases do have feelings!

The Burrow - Home of the Weasleys

Some carrot cutting and dish washing action going on here...remember this was one of my favourite scenes, when Harry first walked into the Weasley home

Dobby - The Free House Elf

I'm sure we all fell in love with Dobby somewhere along the series, and the final scene of brave Dobby surely brought a tear to our eyes for many of us

Construction of Hogwarts Castle

Just when you think you can't possibly be more amazed by anything, after spending 3 hours and reaching the end of the tour, you see the truly impressive construction of the Castle - from the architectural drawings, to the small white models, and finally to the final model used for the film... Lost of worlds to describe just how impressive and the amount of work that went into the whole construction - apparently each brick on the castle was hand painted one-by-one... And as you walk into the final room to see the castle, I felt very emotional and actually had goosebumps, truly amazing and impressive!

And finally, a quote from no other than J.K. Rowling herself:

Highly recommend going to the Warner Bros. Studio, the tour is extremely well and cleverly designed if you're a Harry Potter fan, or even if you're not, you should still have an amazing time and release you inner child!
